About us

Tiger is a boutique property consultancy that undertakes specialist acquisition work.

We source, acquire, lease and manage property assets for a myriad of clients and have vast experience in the Telecoms, European Investments and Petrol Filling Station Market. Since its formation Tiger has built a strong reputation and its professional services are now used by numerous telecos, small funds, investment companies and high net worth individuals.

Tiger is owned and managed by Chris McGrath a Property Economist and Chartered Surveyor. Chris was previously a Director of Kiolpa Group, (a specialist acquisition, planning and development company), Regional Property Manager for 02, Acquisition Consultant to H3G UK and a commercial surveyor with GVA Donal O Buachalla in Dublin. Chris has acted on behalf of numerous prestigious clients including, Hutchison Whampoa Corporation, Digicel Caribbean, Meteor Mobile Communications, BT, Vodafone, Redquartz Boundary, CapPartners Investments Ltd, Threefold Project Management and numerous private investors.
